In 1985 Civi Land Co. has expanded to include the metal structure, as well as welding services, special products fabrication, tanks rehabilitation and roads construction services.
In 1990: Civi Land has expanded into construction business, and bridges ‘rehabilitation and civil work for well’ pads.
In 1995: Civi Land Co. has provided services to include In Water wells Drilling for Agriculture & Industrial purposes also Cathodic protection, ESP Installation- maintenance and repair services.
In 2003 Civi Land Co. has started doing ME & I [Mechanical works ,Electrical works, instrumentation,& control systems.
In 2004 Civi Land Co. Serve Supply Chain of material and equipment for Oil &Gas Industries.
In 2007 Civi Land Co. Signed agency agreement to represent international petroleum services company and OEM manufacturers for Iraq Market .
In 2015 Civi Land Co. included security equipment supply, instillation and repair.
In 2016 Civi Land Co. Started To Provide: Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning Support Services, Start-Up Services, Engineering And Design, Procurement, Construction (EPC).
In 2017 Civi Land Co. preservation operations and maintenance services For Oil and gas production facilities.
In 2018 Civi Land Co. Entered Into, Rotating And Static Equipment Maintenance.
In 2020 Civi Land Co. EPC For AIS,GIS Substations Up To 132KV And 400KV , EPC For Multistorey Buildings, Warehouses, Workshops Camp In Oil And Gas Fields.
In 2021-2022 Civi Land Co. Control System And Instrumentation Instrument Devices Calibration.
In 2023 Civi Land Co. PRE-Commissioning, Commissioning And Start-Up For Produce Water Transfer (PWT), Free Water Knock-Out(FWKO), Produced Water Disposal(PWD) , Operations Management For PWT, PWD, FWKO, Other Facilities In Degassing Stations And Production Facilities.
